The aim of this massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, nacho and shoulders. (Back can also be included) These areas are prone to accumulated tension, and ultimately lead to stiff necks, an aching back, neck and shoulders and sometimes accompanied by a throbbing headache.
